Before a single roll hit the menu, we went deep. We spent months researching the best ingredients, sourcing premium fish, and studying what makes a truly great sushi roll. We tested combinations, threw out what didn’t work, and kept going until we got it right. Our team trained extensively — learning the craft of rolling, the precision it takes, the attention to detail that separates good sushi from great sushi. This wasn’t a rushed menu addition.
